Consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which they can return the product in unused condition for a full refund. Following the initial 14-day period, consumers have an additional 14 days to reject the product and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act and its terms. After 28 days from the date of purchase, returns will no longer be accepted, and items will be covered by the standard warranty terms associated with the product purchased. Should consumers wish to return the item during either the cooling off period or within the 28 days from the date of purchase, the seller will arrange for collection within Blackpool postcode areas. Customers outside of the FY postcode area are subject to a £99 fee for collection of the item.​

We will deliver any used or new scooter to any North West address - delivery charges will be calculated on purchase. Additionally you can pickup your scooter free
from our showroom at 54 Lytham Road, Blackpool, FY1 6DY.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of the North West of England at this time.
